Rabbit must never be abandoned, dumped, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue. I will take the bunny back or help you rehome the bunny.

Pet rabbits must not be housed outdoors or left outdoors unsupervised.

Young children should always be supervised when interacting with the rabbit.

I will not hold or reserve a rabbit for any person until it has been paid for either in half or in full, depending on what is agreed upon.

The rabbit must be paid for in full before leaving my ownership. Until this time, the rabbit is the property of LOL Rabbitry.​

A rabbit will only be considered “sold” if a deposit is put down. No rabbits will be considered “sold” without the deposit or paid in full, unless by prior arrangement.

Brood quality animals must keep their full pedigree names given to them by their original breeder. Buyer understands that this name cannot be changed or altered in any way, nor can the names or information of any of the animals on its pedigree.​

Rabbits are sold as-is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over the rabbit before purchase. Don’t just take my word for it though, look over the animal yourself. I may have missed something, and I don’t want you buying something you don’t want!​

I will always disclose any known disqualifications on brood quality animals before purchase.​

Pet quality rabbits will not make good show or breeding rabbits, but would make great pets! I do not offer pedigrees with any pet quality rabbits. Pet quality rabbits are sold under the strict understanding that they will not be used for breeding under any circumstances. This is a rule that I take extremely seriously. 

All of my bunnies are sold strictly as pets only, and I do require that they are spayed or neutered when they reach the appropriate age.

All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

I cannot guarantee health, show placings, weight, fertility, how well a rabbit will produce, or temperament.​

I guarantee the sex of all rabbits, but please make sure to also verify the sex of the rabbit immediately upon pick-up. In the unlikely event that a mistake was made on my part, I appreciate if you let me know so we can work something out.

Once the rabbit leaves my care, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. This is because rabbits are unpredictable animals by nature. I am not responsible for how the new owner chooses to take care of the rabbit, or any mistakes the buyer makes in the care, handling, and health of the animal. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot make any health guarantee. I do however advise the owner to contact me immediately so we can discuss any issues at hand.

I am not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred at any point during the life of the animal.
 

All brood rabbits come with transition feed and a pedigree at no additional cost.

Pet quality rabbits come with a free adoption certificate, care instruction pamphlet, transition feed, and a sample bag of supplements and treats.

Unfortunately, I do not offer boarding for rabbits I have sold. This is because I operate a closed rabbitry and do not want to risk the biosecurity of my herd. The health of my rabbits is extremely important to me, so this is a decision that ensures the safety of your rabbits and my own.

All of my rabbits come with free lifetime support, and as such buyers are encouraged to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns about their rabbit at any point in the animal’s life.
